Vision Quest Project - Day 3 - REPORT

Current Status Report
Day 3 was much easier than Days 1 and 2. My stomach is shrinking and I’m not as hungry as I was on those days. After 3 days, I’ve lost 10 pounds (believe it or not).
I’m starting to build some momentum.
Just as I did yesterday, I’ve managed to stay pretty busy, so that’s kept my mind off food, most of the day.
What Was The Hardest Part Of Day Three?
My wife out with one of her friends for dinner and she brought home some barbecue ribs. They looked pretty good and they smelled pretty good, BUT I did not eat them.
What Are Some Of The Things I Did Today?
Sauna - I spent 3 nice, long sessions in the sauna and meditated in a very private environment.
Meditation - I meditated 3 times today
Swimming - I went swimming twice.
Work - I did a lot of writing today.
Movies - I watched 1 movie and a couple of other DVDs.
What Did I Eat Today?
Nothing, but I did chew some gum.
What Did I Drink Today?
Purified water. That’s it. Lots and lots of purified water.
How Do I Feel?
I feel great. I’m a little tired, but all in all, I feel great.
