I think that if we "think in advance", we can program our subconscious mind so that it instinctively winds up doing what our conscious mind would have wanted (had we taken the time to think things out).

For example:

My conscious mind wants me to be relaxed and centered. If I tell that over and over to my subconscious mind, that's what it will do when faced with a crisis. It will be relaxed and centered.

Is it react or is it response? We usually don't think when we react; we let our subconscious mind take over. We respond when we think, and that is when we are at our conscious level.

Your advice about the easiest way to learn how to think in advance (Just do it) is very helpful. It is concise and well thought out. It really puts one in a mind set of planning out their actions and possible consequences in a logical way.

Thanks
