I wish I could have invented it. It's a great visual tool. The only difference I would make with it... and how it represents excuses... It shows excuses having a "minus" effect..... My personal experience is that excuses have a dividing effect.... Like division in mathmatics.... One excuse, can not only take away from (subtract), but it can actually drasticly reduce all output... The formula presented is like 100 -2 compared to 100 / 2. I hope that makes sense.
