What Does This Quote Suggest?
It suggests that in order to be imaginative, in order to be successful, you can’t play it safe. You have to dare. You have to dream. You have to be bold. You have to imagine.
In short, you can’t play it safe. So many people in today’s society just want to play it safe. They want to maintain the status quo. They want things to stay just as they are. They are afraid of change.
Who are these people?
People who want things to stay the same are the people who are already happy with their existence. BUT, GUESS WHAT? That’s not good enough for people like you and me.
While I’m currently living a very nice life, I want things to be better. AND, not only do I want things to be better for me, I want them to be better for others in the world.
THAT’S THE KEY DIFFERENCE.
Most people only care about themselves. High achievers (AIQers), not only care about themselves, but they also care about others at the same time.
The Power Of Imagination
What is the power of imagination? It is the power to think of things that are different!
Anyone can think of the same stuff that’s already out there, over and over and over. It is only the best, the brightest, who can use their imagination to create things that are not already in existence.
In short, imaginative people are resourceful. If you stick them in a predicament, they will find some way to dig themselves out. In fact, the very act of placing them in a predicament encourages them to be more creative than ever before.
The World Needs More Imagination
Anybody who is watching the news these days knows about the various crises the world is going through at the present time. Does this mean the world is going to fall apart? NO, NOT AT ALL. IT SIMPLY MEANS SOMEONE BRIGHT ENOUGH TO FIGURE THIS WHOLE THING OUT NEEDS TO BE CREATIVE AND IMAGINATIVE TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.
That is the power of imagination. Currently, the world talks about not having enough oil. Personally, I think the world has enough oil. What the world needs is more imagination. Do we have enough? Do you have something to contribute? If so, please let us know. The world is waiting.
Until next time, take care, my dear friends.Mr. Achievement
