Position Yourself To Be Consistent
I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life’s greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. (Anthony Robbins)

Testing - A procedure for critical evaluation; a means of determining the presence, quality, or truth of something. A basis for evaluation or judgment.

Greatest - Unusual or considerable in degree, power, intensity, etc.. Highest in quality.

What Did Robbins Mean By This Quote?
As we continue to go through our daily existence on this earth; in this universe, we are continuously being judged and evaluated as to the extent of our involvement in everything we do.
The most satisfying results will be set aside and given only to those who show that they have continuously shown the highest level of involvement and that they will never give up until they have accomplished, or otherwise obtained their goals.
If you show that you have that level of involvement you can accomplish goals that might otherwise seem impossible. A perfect example would be that of moving a mountain, which is pretty much considered to be otherwise impossible.
He then emphasizes that that high of a level of involvement must be continuous and our actions in furtherance of our goals must all adhere to the same principles. Our actions cannot be contradictory.
If You Want To Be The Best, Why Is It Necessary To Be Consistent?
Consistent action means that our actions must be compatible with each other. If you want to accomplish goals reserved for the best and the brightest (i.e., the highest level), you cannot take actions that are inconsistent with accomplishing those goals.
Why is that, it’s because there will always be people who manage to avoid taking inconsistent actions. It is those people who will be the highest achievers, because all of their actions are constantly moving them forward toward their goals. They do not spend any of their energy in actions that are counter-productive to the achievement of their goals.
An Example Of Consistency
Professional athletes (at least the highly successful ones), devote an intense amount of their energy toward the achievement of their goals. They work out daily. They practice daily. They work to stay in shape. They avoid activities that might get them out of shape. They identify what they need to do to be the best and then they go out and do it.
How Can We Bring Consistency To Our Lives?
It’s simple. Carry a pad and pencil with you for a few weeks or even a month. Every time you do something, write it down. At the end of each day, ask yourself, was that action in furtherance of my goal or not.
If you do that for a few weeks or a month, you will develop a tremendous WRITTEN list of all your typical activities that are in furtherance of your goals and of your typical activities that are not.
Once you know where the problem areas are, you can then work, over time to eliminate them from your life.
It really is that simple!
Until next time, take care, my dear friends.Mr. Achievement

As you know, Charlie is quite the guy. I feel very honored to have had the chance to meet with him and I’m proud that he’s part of my upcoming book.
I have several videos of him posted on my site. Just do a search on the site for “Jones” and you’ll find 6 or 7 videos with him.
Take care.
