Spostareduro:

Thanks. I'm pretty much recovered (about 90% of the way back), but now I'm just trying to recover from the recovery (if that makes any sense).

Kimberly:

That's part of what I'm doing now. Cleaning myself out, rebuilding my vital energy, healing my body, detoxifying it from the remaining effects of my injury, ALL while doing heavy meditation to reprogram my mind in the direction it needs to go.

Why now? Because now is when it needs to be done !!!

Take care.

thanks for the eye opener and motivation that you transmit.

it boils down to priorities, and eliminating the idea of it being an option. we have to use some cognitive restructuring to accomplish this to become second nature, but its so worth the mental programming and habit building in the long run.

thanks,
kimberly (spostareduro)
