5 Ways To Be More Positive

Accentuate The Positive, Eliminate The Negative
Positive – Emphasizing what is laudable, hopeful, or to the good; constructive. Constructive and sure, rather than skeptical. Proceeding in a direction assumed as beneficial or progressive.
Negative – Lacking of positive attributes. Being without rewards, results, or effectiveness.
Accentuate – To give emphasis or prominence to.
Eliminate – To remove or get rid of. To remove from further consideration.
5 Ways To Be More Positive
1) Accentuate The Positive
As suggested above, probably the best way to be more positive is to focus on the positive. Accentuate it. Pay attention to it. Give it preferential treatment.
Studies have suggested that we become what we focus on. If we focus on the positive, we will be positive
So, I’m suggesting that you focus on the positive.
2) Eliminate The Negative
Same thing as what we suggested before, EXCEPT IN THE OPPOSITE.
We become what we focus on. So, if we want to eliminate the negative, we should NOT focus on the negative.
The less you focus on the negative, the less negative you will be.
3) Realizing Where True Power Lies
It Is Far More Powerful To Be In Favor Of Something Positive Than To Be Against Something Negative.
If you realize this, you gain tremendous power.
This is yet one more reason to eliminate the negative from your life.
Power lies in the positive.
A lack of power lies in the negative.
The only problem is that the negative sometimes draws more attention than the positive. However, once you realize this you become equipped to deal with it.
The negative draws more attention, BUT the positive is more powerful.
If you want attention, go negative; if you want power, go positive.
WARNING: While going negative may get you attention, it may not necessarily produce the results you want. Personally, I prefer power over attention.
4) Positive Thinking Leads To Positive Knowing
Realize that as you become more positive, you start to become more sure of yourself; more sure of your thoughts; more sure of your actions; more sure of your deeds.
This reinforces itself. I don’t know about you, but as I become more and more sure of what I’m doing, it encourages me to keep moving forward.
I want to be more positive and as I become more sure of myself; more sure of my thoughts; more sure of my actions; more sure of my deeds, that, in and of itself, makes me more positive.
5) Realize What Zig Ziglar Suggested
Zig Ziglar summed it up the best:
Positive Thinking Will NOT Let You Do “Anything”, But It Will Let You Do “Everything” Better Than Negative Thinking Will.
Positive thinking, in and of itself won’t do anything for you. However, it is infinitely more enabling than negative thinking.
Enabling – To make able; give power; means, competence, or ability to. To make possible.
Once again, this is about power. Positive is more powerful (in the long run) than the negative.
Negative may give you power in the short run, but it will NOT serve you any useful purpose in the long run.

I like positive thinking but I still have to THINK about it. Best is if I can assimilate these positive energies into my subconscious mind.

Absolutely Vivienne . . .
Any time you can make something GOOD “automatic” the better it is …
That’s what your subconscious is for . . .
