To me, the world still runs on the same basic principles as it did BEFORE the internet.  The only difference is everything runs a zillion times faster AND everyone has more individual power than they did before.

BUT, the same basic rules still apply.  Flexibility was required before the internet and it's even more important now.  Sounds like you already know that.
